Setting up / Altering Your PIN
- Press "Menu" button.
- Scroll to "Account Info/Settings."
- Scroll down to "Parental Controls" and press "Select" or "OK" button.
- You may be asked for a "Master PIN". The default code is 0000 unless you have changed the code.
- Enable "Parental Controls" by highlighting "Yes" and then pressing "Select".
- If setting up your PIN for the first time, enter a 4-digit PIN and confirm that PIN.
- If changing your PIN, enter your current 4-digit PIN, then enter your new 4-digit PIN and confirm your new PIN.
- If your pin has already been set-up and you don't know what it is, call DCT at 1.800.771.0974 to have it reset.
To Change Settings or Purchase PIN
- Press Menu
- Scroll to "Account Info/Settings" and press "Select"
- Scroll to "PIN Options" where you will be asked to enter the PIN, default code is 0000, unless you have changed your PIN
- Scroll to the right to "Settings PIN" or to "Purchase PIN"
- You may now enter your new PIN for both settings.
- Arrow up and to the left and select "Save & Exit" and press "Select" to save changes.
- Press "Exit" to leave the menu and return to live TV.
