This either means that your account has been deactivated or that your set top box needs to be rebooted.

 To Reboot your Set Top Box

  1. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet or back of the box
  2. Wait 20 seconds and plug power cord back in
  3. The Set Top Box will cycle through the entire start-up process. This may take up to 10 minutes.
